PAYMENT METHODS:
Deposit: at the time of booking, the deposit of 50% of the total is required. It can be paid by bank transfer (the bank details to make the deposit and the exact amount will be sent by e-mail). Received the bank transfer, the reservation will be confirmed by e-mail and will be sent the reservation voucher.
Balance:
If the customer prefers to pay the full amount in the structure, or make a reservation by our direct web site, credit card details will be required to charge for any cancellation or no-show. Upon receipt of the CC datails, the reservation voucher or the confirmation from the web site will be sent by e-mail.
CANCELLATION POLICY

CHECK-IN RULES AND ADDITIONAL LATE CHECK-IN COST
Check-in at Cascina’s reception is from 4 pm to 7 pm. In case the reception is already open, you will have the opportunity to leave your luggage and use the solarium area and the common area. But the presence of the staff is guaranteed from 4 pm; before this time it is NOT sure that someone is already present in the office.
It remains at the discretion of the property to offer self-check-in with independent key recovery in the safe deposit box for arrivals after reception closing time. In this case, no extra costs will be applied.
